COMMODORE is a Tavern & Terrace built around Modern American Classics: the dishes you know, reimagined through seasonality, technique and a chef's point of view. Whole roasted chicken, steaks, fresh fish, seasonal pastas, crisp salads, great sandwiches and the occasional Sunday roast.

COMMODORE marks the beginning of the Longshot Hospitality Group and a return to independent restaurants under this new partnership. With decades of experience around the world, we are planting roots in Texas to create a neighborhood sanctuary for our guests, staff, and communities. We will build places that feel like they've been here for 20 years and will be here for the next 20 years.

    Award-winning chef, restaurateur and television personality Graham Elliot has spent his career creating acclaimed restaurants and entertaining audiences around the world. Now a Texas resident, he brings his culinary experience, creativity and unmistakable point of view to COMMODORE.

  • Charlie Rushton - Chef & Partner

    Born and raised in England, Chef Charlie Rushton has spent his career cooking around the world, from Michelin-starred kitchens in London to restaurants and resorts across Australia and the United States. A longtime Texas resident, he brings decades of culinary experience and hospitality to COMMODORE.
